Vacuum Manifold for 96-well Filter Plates
The Firefly BioWorks' vacuum manifold is a cost-conscious alternative for sample filtration in a 96-well filter plate. The manifold is optimized for the efficient filtration of FirePlex® microRNA samples, but is applicable to other samples. Manifolds by other manufacturers are compatible with miRSelect, if vacuum can be regulated to between 3 and 5 inHg.

Shaking Incubator
FirePlex® miRSelect microRNA assay requires three microplate shaking steps (FirePlex® miRSelect Protocol). Although a dedicated thermal shaker is ideal, a shaking incubator or a stand-alone shaker inside of an incubator or warm-room is also acceptable. Sample thermal shakers and incubators compatible with the FirePlex® miRSelect assay include:
